Drying Documentation
Flood Masters of Colorado uses state-of-the-art moisture detection equipment to locate and eliminate hidden moisture. We document the amount of moisture in the walls, floors and ceilings throughout the drying process so you know that your property is drying quickly. Flood Masters of Colorado can guarantee your property is completely dry. You won’t have to worry because a dry structure means no mold.
We Bill Your Insurance Company
Flood Masters of Colorado will collaborate with your insurance company using restoration/building software program commonly used by contractors and the insurance industry. Our main concern is that your home or business is dry and you are able to live or work there as soon as possible.
Water Extraction
Today’s technology allows us to extract up to 95% of the moisture from the carpet without removal of the padding (clean source water damage) saving money and time on drying. Flood Masters of Colorado can also extract the water from hard wood floors and crawl spaces.
Content Removal and Storage
We will document, pack and store your home or business contents if necessary until reconstruction is complete (most times we can simply move your possessions to another area of the home or business
Restoration and Cleaning of Household Goods
Flood Masters of Colorado will document your household/clothing items that are damaged to our cleaning facility for restoration and return them back you as soon as they are restored or cleaned.
